For The Record, Inc. is a family business established in Southern Maryland in November of 1991.  We formed the business with a strong experience base in the court reporting/litigation support field, having worked for a prestigious Washington, DC reporting firm previously, and solid supervisory management experience.  We are pleased to say we have grown tremendously since 1991.  FTR is a women-owned-and-operated corporation certified as a Maryland-State-certified minority business enterprise (MBE).
